I FINALLY HAVE A DRIVER’S LICENSE!!!

Well, for reasons beyond my knowledge, my equivalent of the DMV ran out of ID cards, hence my only evidence is the official receipt and I have to wait until they have more in stock.
Nevertheless, I’m still in a state of trance!

I drove home from getting my Learner’s Permit in my mom’s 2002 Ford Explorer. Turned out to be a mistake ‘cause while I was parking later that day, I hopped a curb and ended up with half the truck on a sidewalk. SO BE CAREFUL.

Same, I’ve had mine for seven days, two hours, and eleven minutes. It’s been a fantastic week for sure. I have been to two separate Taco Bell’s.

If your DMV is anything like mine, I didn’t get my physical card for a week at it came in the mail. So in the meantime they gave me a paper that looked like my permit but said “license” and not “permit”
